Omegagenics Algae Omega-3's 300 mg by Metagenics helps to support cognitive health and brain function. Features a concentrated, purified vegetarian source of omega 3 fatty acids from the microalgae Schizocytrium sp. Each softgel provides 300 mg of omega 3 in the triglyceride form.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Take two softgels up to two times daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
