Directions

This concentrate is an effective culinary salt alternative. Add 3ml (36 drops) of hydrosalt to 1L of purified water. Consume 350ml of remineralized purified water per 10kg of body weight daily.

For enhanced hydration and immune support, especially after intense exercise, increase the concentration to 7–14ml per liter of purified water.
